The FEM simulations provide us with the basis for optimization in the development of structural components which are subject to high demands in practice. The purposeful use of these tools enables timely detection of potential weak points on the component and saves high cost of alteration and valuable development time.

In order to hold your ideas in your hands quickly, to see and feel your product realistically, or to make sure that the proportions and functions meet your requirements, we will realize your prototypes with state-of-the-art 3D printing processes (SLS, FDM, Inkjet). It is also possible with several components, such as a hard-soft combination.

In order to meet our requirements, we have developed our own test bench. Our test bench can test static and dynamic load cases. The results of the tests can be used to validate the simulations. We offer benchmark tests as well as tests as a service and we also plan on selling the test bench technology.
